We had a NICE stay in a long time. Staff and location were very good, and this hotel was pleasant and clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar. Appreciated the great interior.

Absolutely perfect room, charming responsive staff, strategic location close to train station. The staff did all they can for the best stay. The room was reasonably priced. Breakfast had plenty of options, including eggs, cheese, cereal and yogurt. Convenient check-in and excellent service.

Hotel is well-maintained and clean, has superbstaff and location. It is based in a tourist area, close to a museum and a cathedral. Comfortable bedroom with a bright bathroom.

It deserves its 4 stars. So glad we choose it, it's great place for staying in Lausanne. Really centrally located hotel. The breakfast's price is 20 chf per person.

The room was calm, the staff was HELPFUL. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We ordered lunch at Croix d'ouchy, located right at the venue.

An underground station right by the hotel. A holiday base for exploring Lausanne. We enjoyed carlton lausanne boutique so we would have extended the stay. Located within a walk to Lake Geneva, which is about 700 metres away.

Couldn’t fault.
